I was satisfied with my nose length and shape, but because it drooped only when I smiled, I asked for rhinoplasty to raise the nasal support slightly forward.. Before surgery, it was written as “long-nose correction.” But as you can see from the before-and-after photos, they raised my nose enormously, making it short and upturned, with the nostrils and a Pinocchio-like appearance showing.. They never mentioned septal extension, a two-layer septal cartilage graft at the very tip, donated rib cartilage attached beside the septum, dorsal hump reduction, or bulbous-nose correction, but apparently they removed a little tissue. What I want is for the tip to come down over the nostrils so they are almost covered from the front, returning to a long, natural-looking nose. If I have everything removed at six months, could my nose become long again, with the tip descending and the nostrils covered? It is hard even to think that another deceased person's body part is inside me, and the foreign-body sensation is driving me crazy. People usually say that after full removal, the tip angle drops and the bridge contracts, making the nostrils much more visible. I'm afraid I may not be able to return to a long nose, and that instead of the tip coming down, removing the septal cartilage placed in the bridge will cause contraction and make the nostrils show even more. There don't seem to be many cases like mine, so I wrote here because I was so frustrated.. What do you think about full removal..?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo6d Is autologous costal cartilage commonly used as a replacement when silicone becomes inflamed?
I'm not certain, but I think I may have symptoms of inflammation from the silicone. Still, I'm worried that my bridge will become too low if I only have it removed... My natural nose originally had almost no bridge at all... I'm looking…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo6d Between Clinic A and Clinic B

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo6d I feel so relieved after having it removed... T_T
I feel so relieved after having it removed. Once the swelling goes down, I think my nose will definitely return to looking similar to my original nose. But I am a little worried because the tip of my nose is somewhat red. Is that okay…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo6d Has anyone had it removed somewhere other than the top three clinics?
I went for a consultation at [Clinic A] but put it on hold because I had some concerns. [Clinic B] is difficult to book a consultation with since I live outside the area, and I gave up on [Clinic C] because it was too expensive... I may…
