I have a droopy nose, and one clinic says it can be improved without a support graft, while another says a support graft is needed. Isn’t it better not to use a support graft? If they use one, I think they’ll use ear cartilage, but if they don’t use a support graft, will my nose droop? The surgical methods differ depending on the consultation, so does anyone know about this?
