I finally had surgery. Using the posts here as advice, I had the silicone removed at a clinic, kept only the nasal bridge, and finished with cartilage repositioning at the nasal tip. After living with an artificial impression from silicone for nearly 30 years, my headaches started getting worse from last year, so I had a consultation in April and had surgery last week with fear in my heart. For now, I’m very satisfied. As I’ve gotten older, I wanted naturalness rather than a high, pretty nose, and seeing myself exactly as I had hoped makes me so grateful...^^ Since it was my second surgery, I thought about it a lot, but I was touched because I felt they were so kind and put in sincere effort... Anyway, I think there’s something like compatibility between patient and doctor. I hope everyone here also makes good decisions and gets satisfying results.... Everyone, fighting~~~~^^
