My butt wasn't originally that sunken in, but I was so bothered by how the hip dip zone looked hollow whenever I moved, so I thought I should do something, and I definitely think getting filler was the right choice. At first after getting it, I could feel the part where the filler and my flesh were separated? something like that, but after about two days, maybe it settled, because the area that felt distinct disappeared.
