How to improve the cartilage show-through at the nasal tip, and what surgical method would resolve it (dermis or shaving it down) I want to use autologous costal cartilage as the material, and I want to know how large the incision would be I want the nasal tip to be shaped round, but with the columella shape somewhat visible (I don’t want it to protrude too much)
The places I went to for consultations are ㅇㅇㅂ, ㅇㅍㄹㅅ, and ㅇㅅㅎ, but what they said differs very slightly, so I’m torn. Since this is a revision for me, I’m being really, really careful... If anyone has information about these three places, could you let me know? Private comments are fine, anything is fine. Rather than a cheap price, I really want to properly improve things through revision surgery.
