My eye condition before surgery - Thick skin - Not eyes with a lot of fat - No need for epicanthoplasty or ptosis correction / non-incisional method possible (First of all, at every clinic I visited, the recommended surgical method? and the explanations about my eye condition were the same.)
The reason I decided to get double eyelid surgery was that I had used double eyelid tape for 3-4 years, but a double eyelid only formed on one side and just would not form on my left eye.. So I got tired of putting tape on my left eye every morning, and I was starting to worry about the skin on my eyelids, so I decided to just get double eyelid surgery!
I didn’t have any acquaintances around me who had gotten the style I wanted successfully, so I searched the internet for a month and reaaaally worked hard doing online research... Honestly, after filtering and filtering my in-person consultation list, only 3 places were left, so I was worried whether I’d even be able to choose a clinic, but that was needless worry lol hehe
Honestly, unless a clinic is really hopeless, they’re all kind and all seem skilled, for real.. So my criteria for choosing a clinic were what complaints people usually had in negative reviews, and during consultation, from the first line they drew, whether I got the sense that they pursued a natural line. Every clinic has bad reviews, but some clinics had surprisingly serious issues showing up now and then, and some didn’t... I really think looking for negative reviews is important.
I scheduled the surgery for the morning because afternoons are also times when they do appointment consultations, so the morning just seemed better hehe. Anyway, before surgery, they designed the line very meticulously. I had read a post saying someone designed the line while the patient was lying down, so I was a little worried, but huh, they worked hard on it while I was sitting, and then checked it several more times while I was lying down too. I’m someone who gets extremely scared, so I was shaking like crazy inside, but they put Piglet dolls in both my hands, and everyone in the operating room focused only on me and only spoke to me when I was scared or something, in a (^^~) kind of way, so I really liked itㅠㅠㅠ I’m the kind of person who doesn’t really like it when people talk a lot during my surgery or talk to each other about things unrelated to the surgery haha..
Somehow this got too long, but I’m really satisfied with the line, and all my friends around me say it turned out well and ask which clinic I went to, so I’m secretly jumping around inside every day;; Ah lololol not long after the surgery, I went to a hair salon to get my hair washed, and the hairdresser asked which clinic I went to, and even the customer next to me quietly asked too lololol I felt so good while giving them the clinic info that I was giggling lol
