Before and after, after, after I didn't really bring in an exact line I liked, or reviews or celebrity photos, but the director caught a line that naturally suited my face and designed it for me. My nasal congestion was severe, so I wanted to have it done somewhere with an ENT director, so I went to GNG and had deviated septum surgery and nasal valve surgery together. I wanted my progress to improve quickly, so I worked hard on swelling care, and it seems the swelling went down well, which is such a relief.
My nasal bridge originally had a certain amount of height, so I did it implant-free without putting in silicone, and because I wanted the nasal tip to be raised neatly, we used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated cartilage together. Just as I discussed with the director during the consultation, it turned into the nose line in the style I wanted, so I'm satisfied. The shape also became nicely straight, and the nasal tip was raised as much as I wanted.
And I really think I did well having functional surgery together, because as I recovered and breathing became easier, it felt good. After worrying about both function and aesthetics, I think it was good that I had surgery at GNG.
