I had revision eye surgery along with ptosis correction because my eyes looked sleepy, and they said they did ptosis correction, fat grafting, and raised the crease line. It’s been 3 weeks now, but it doesn’t feel like my eyes open with the skin folding or overlapping; it feels like a lump of flesh is being pressed down... do you know what I mean?
When my eyes are open, it definitely doesn’t look like sausage swelling... I have sunken eyes, so my crease tends to get swallowed in, so maybe that’s why it’s like this even with such a high line. But opening my eyes has become harder than before the ptosis correction, so I have to blink every 2–3 seconds, and I’m scared because of the heavy feeling
They said they did ptosis correction, and I do think they did, but maybe because of this, it doesn’t seem very different before vs. after the ptosis correction Before the stitches were removed, the sutures were holding everything in place, so that was when my eyes looked the clearest and prettiest, but it’s gradually loosening and my eyes feel heavy to open
Should I lower the crease line and have the ptosis correction redone more strongly?... Ha, I’m so scared..
