As you can probably see in the before-and-after photos, I had quite a lot of skin/fat above my eyes, and my eyes were almost like complete monolids. I did wear double eyelid tape, but doing it every time was inconvenient, and because it kept irritating the skin on my upper eyelids, I felt like wrinkles were forming and the skin was sagging more, so I thought surgery was the answer and got double eyelid surgery from Dr. Kim Tae-hoon at a plastic surgery clinic! Even when I wore double eyelid tape, I never made it excessive, so I asked for a natural inner double eyelid with the line showing just slightly. I had it done with natural adhesion, so it didn’t take long, and even on the day of surgery there wasn’t much bruising or swelling. Now the line is pretty as an inline crease. I heard that with an inline crease, it’s hard for the line to show nicely, but maybe because my eyes were monolids before, I feel like the before-and-after difference is definitely visible!
