After/after/after/after Before/before/before It’s already been 1 year since I had surgery!! It still feels vivid that I had surgery around this time last year, but a whole year has already passed. I really remember how incredibly hard it was last July after having two-jaw surgery and two types of facial contouring surgery (front chin_square jaw). Back then I did regret it a little! But now I’m extremely satisfied haha My asymmetry was a bit severe!! If people asked whether I would go back to last year and have the surgery again, I would say I would absolutely do it again!! That’s how extremely satisfied I am living now!! lol Honestly, I don’t really remember my old face well haha Now it really feels exactly like before surgery in terms of sensation, and I can chew well too! Sometimes I go into my photo album and look at my face before surgery, and I can really feel that the asymmetry improved. Especially last time, I went to take an ID photo, and seeing my symmetrical face in the unretouched version was so fascinating The staff member said my face was so small, and that made me feel so good haha Now, rather than swelling, I’m a little concerned about skin sagging! Because my asymmetry was so severe, they shaved quite a lot of the left facial bone, so compared with the right side, it feels like recovery is just a tiny bit slower haha So I’m going to try to manage it consistently! And because I somehow want to become prettier faster, these days I’m also looking into laser procedures and things like that haha I’m planning to get laser procedures after I finish orthodontic treatment! haha If there are people who have concerns like me, I really hope you don’t keep worrying and at least go for a consultation at a proper oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic!!
