I’m male, and I wanted to open my eyes more clearly, so I had ptosis correction at a famous hospital in Seoul
For about 2 weeks after surgery, the swelling was so bad that I could barely go out, and even after a few months, my inner double eyelids became more pronounced. I got stressed because people kept asking if I had double eyelid surgery, so in the end I had it undone after 6 months.
It definitely makes the eyes look clearer, but personally I felt my eyes became too intense, so I don’t recommend ptosis correction. I think it would be better to just get double eyelid surgery instead.
