After before Hello. This is a review of revision nose surgery. It had been over 30 years since my first nose surgery. I was barely getting by after getting filler in my upturned nasal tip to make the nostril openings round. Long ago, as soon as I came out of an exit at Gangnam Station (I do not remember which exit), I had surgery at a plastic surgery clinic I saw right away, asking them to raise it no matter what. It was okay for about 15 years, but it started looking more and more upturned from about 15 years ago. I lived thinking it was okay in its own way while correcting it with filler, but around July 2023, my husband said my nose looked upturned and asked what I thought about going to have surgery, so I ended up having revision surgery. What I did wrong seems to have been plucking my nose hairs. Even though the incision area inside my nose often became inflamed, I ignorantly kept plucking my nose hairs and repeatedly caused inflammation, and I think that was my mistake. After that, my nose seems to have turned up. At Thehada, I had my first consultation in August 2023. I was advised that it would be good to lower the nose height a little, use autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and use donated dermis or silicone for the nasal bridge. For my second consultation, at **, which is somewhat famous for nose surgery, they said they would use septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and a silicone nasal bridge to lower the starting point, lower the nasal bridge a little, and create a Shin** nose line, so I thought I would not need to harvest rib cartilage and made a reservation after thinking for a week. But then I became worried because using the septum meant making a hole in the septum inside my nose, so I canceled. In December 2023, I happened to watch YouTube and saw Thehada manager's revision nose surgery vlog and another person's contracted nose becoming so pretty. I called the manager and asked whether there was an available date, and she said December 27, 2023 was available. Rather than just taking a reservation, she suggested I have more consultation, which gave me trust. Before going for consultation on December 20, I brought photos of Shin**'s nose, celebrities with noses made unattractive by all sorts of surgeries, and questions. I wanted a high nose out of greed, but because my own base was so low, I told them what I wanted, such as a similar side-line nasal ala shape and angle, and columella shape, and they said they understood. There was really a lot of post-operative treatment and care after surgery, so I had not even 1% anxiety. It has now been about 7 months since surgery. Thanks to the doctor with the hands of a god, it changed so naturally, as if I had been born with a pretty nose, and I am spending happy days looking in the mirror. I sincerely thank you.
