It has now been 3 weeks after 2 weeks passed. On the night of surgery, the nurse in the inpatient room frequently changed my ice packs and brought me water, taking such attentive care of me, so I was very grateful.
I went back to work on day 5 after surgery, and the swelling started to go down gradually after about a week. I had no bruising at all from immediately after the surgery. I think frequent cold compresses and drinking a lot of water helped. From week 3, I can eat everything except tough and hard foods, but I’m still being careful. So far, maybe because of the swelling, I don’t feel a dramatic effect from the front, but I hope there will also be a frontal effect as the swelling gradually goes down.
