I’m a man with a severe recessed chin and a broad, flat-looking face. I didn’t like looking sulky because of my recessed chin, so I went for a consultation. It seems the consultation fee is included in the CT fee: 30,000 won. General anesthesia, pre-op internal medicine exam: 60,000 won. No hospitalization. Surgery takes 1 hour 30 minutes. Gauze/taping removal room: 4 visits, on day 1, day 5, day 14, and day 30. Advancement is possible up to half of the bone thickness. There is also a limit to how much the bone can fuse, so about half is appropriate. They said there is no need to tie the chin muscles, because this is not a surgery that causes sagging.
The director didn’t really feel especially friendly. When I asked questions, they just went, “Yes~ yes~.”
