Hey everyone, I waited a long time for a consultation at ㅇㅇ and finally went, but are they really good there? The consultant said she doesn't recommend alar base surgery because my nostrils are small, but the doctor told me to get alar base surgery too. (I originally wasn't planning to do alar base surgery because there's almost no guarantee it will succeed, and my nostrils are small too.) In terms of the design, I do think the doctor seems like they would do well, but they also said I need to use donated rib cartilage. Is that right? I think I saw somewhere that you should avoid places that use donated rib cartilage, did I see that wrong? I did my own digging and read a lot of reviews, but I want to hear opinions from people here who have had rhinoplasty…! Please let me know
