I had natural adhesion 3-4 years ago, and then lateral canthoplasty 1 year later. For me, definitely no one noticed the double eyelids, and there was only one person who noticed the lateral canthoplasty at least! They’re not eyes I’m extremely in love with, but from the beginning, the most important thing was for it to look natural and not obvious, so I’m satisfied. I still haven’t had revision surgery for either the lateral canthoplasty or the double eyelids! (But the older friend who did it with me said hers came undone and she’s doing it again this time; if she does, it’ll probably be her 3rd time. I think it depends on the eye fat!)
