I originally had septal cartilage + donated rib cartilage used for my nasal tip As it drooped, the nasal tip started showing through and became pointy, so I’m having revision surgery next week Which would be better, autologous dermis (ear) or AlloDerm? The clinic recommends AlloDerm, but I feel like autologous dermis might be better Would there be a big difference in absorption rate or side effects??
