It’s now been 3 weeks since my breast surgery They’re starting to get a little softer now, from that rock-hard feeling Am I getting used to having larger breasts now? Looking at my pre-op photos, I really had no upper-breast fullness Before, my clothes didn’t look good without volume pads Especially when I wore loose T-shirts, they looked even worse These days, I can wear clothes confidently even without volume pads haha
During the first week, changing clothes was hard, so even putting on and taking off a sleeveless top was difficult I bought a sports bra with a front zipper, and it was much better But at some point in week 2, almost into week 3, moving my arms became easier, so now putting on and taking off clothes is comfortable
In the second week, I had my first Capsulitis treatment (the one that helps prevent capsular contracture) and maybe because I’ve also been diligently taking the prescribed capsular contracture medication, during the first week after surgery it hurt even when I walked, but these days it doesn’t, and I guess they’re settling nicely into my chest When I went in for care in week 2, the therapist said it would be good to apply regeneration cream to the armpit scars morning and night, so I’ve been applying it diligently (They said they’ll give me scar ointment at the one-month mark) I hope time passes quickly and they get even softer!
