Side effects from breast fat grafting

While looking into breast surgery, I just didn’t feel drawn to implants, so I decided on fat grafting and had consultations at several places in the area where I live. At the time, I was so thin that one doctor recommended implants, saying there wasn’t any fat to harvest. In the end, I stubbornly forced myself to gain weight quickly and had fat grafting done 2 years ago. After the grafting, I think I took more than two weeks off and worked hard to help the fat survive by basically just eating and sleeping like a newborn. But maybe because the fat was scraped out from places where I barely had any, they couldn’t harvest or inject as much fat as had been expected during the consultation. And maybe it wasn’t very good-quality fat either, because I don’t think the survival rate was as high as I expected Still, I felt like I had gained some volume in a fairly natural way, so I went ahead with a second round 6 months later. Maybe because I had diligently gained weight in the meantime, they removed and injected a bit more for the second round, and maybe because I had gained weight overall, the volume seemed better, but then I got a side effect It felt strange because I could feel a fairly large, hard lump on one side, so I saw a breast surgeon and then even went to a university hospital. They said it was a side effect after fat grafting, progressing as a lipoma plus calcification, and when my condition isn’t good it seems to get a bit bigger and feels hard to the touch.. Fortunately, the doctor who did my surgery is paying attention to my follow-up care, and I’m regularly getting injections that are supposed to dissolve the lipoma. They say there’s no need to remove it unless it’s uncomfortable, but it’s larger than I expected, so I’m really bothered by how my breast feels to the touch, waaah If I really want to remove it, they say Mammotome is possible... but if I only get Mammotome on one side, my breast sizes will become uneven, right? Then would I have to get revision surgery with implants again..? Even when I’m not thinking about it, I suddenly get overwhelmed while showering and stuff Has anyone experienced side effects like mine?
