Revision revision rhinoplasty, I think I succeeded after my 3rd nose surgery!

When I first had rhinoplasty at another hospital, my nose was really high and I liked it, but as time passed, I don't know if the columella had broken, but every time I moved my face there was a clicking sound, and the nasal tip dropped a lot I could see the shape of my nose changing, so I couldn't stand it and had only the nasal tip revised at that hospital, but it dropped again, and I did not like the overall nose shape either. On top of that, my nostril shape became uneven, so when I usually took photos, the nose shape looked very different depending on the angle, and that stressed me out so much that I decided I should have the revision somewhere else this time... This is what I felt on the day of surgery, but even though I have really had surgery at many different hospitals, as soon as I entered the operating room, I thought they had really been very considerate from the patient's perspective. Because it was a revision surgery, I still roughly knew how the surgical preparation process goes, so rather than being scared of the surgery itself, I was scared of the preparation process... Things like the cold operating table, the smell of disinfectant, and the feeling of medication going in... But the operating-room nurses explained each step one by one, and around the time the disinfectant smell would have started, they put on the oxygen mask for me, so I did not smell the disinfectant, and I felt comfortable until I fell asleep. After that I don't even remember when the surgery ended. When I opened my eyes I was in the recovery room, and I only remember that it was warm because they had turned on the electric heating pad. Nurses came by from time to time, gave me water, covered me with a blanket, sat me up so the anesthesia would wear off, and even though I went without a guardian, I felt like I was cared for so much.. haha After I got home, breathing was only slightly uncomfortable because of the cotton inside my nose, and there was nothing else uncomfortable at all!! It has already been a month since the surgery, and as soon as the splint came off, people around me kept saying it was so pretty, and whenever they see me, all they talk about is my nose haha When I upload an Instagram story, I don't even know how many DMs I have received asking for nose info!! Right before surgery, I told the director that I wanted exactly a glamorous nose, the kind of nose that makes people say, "Wow, your nose is pretty, where did you get it done?" I wanted a nose that people would ask about like that. And I feel like it turned out exactly that way, so I am so happy!! Because of COVID, I cannot really go around anywhere, so I just repeat home->work, home->work, but I want to hurry up and throw off my mask and walk around When I go to a restaurant to eat and take off my mask, the staff are amazed lol They say it looks like a doll nose and ask how a nose can look like this. That is how much I feel like this surgery gave my nose a clear focal point! I really love it~~ But I think my nose looks prettier in real life than in photos. I want to meet up and show it to people.. I hope it stays just like this!!
