A friend had facial liposuction, buccal fat removal, and fat grafting at this clinic first, and it turned out well, so I went after getting their recommendation. Like I had found in my prior search, the director has a style of consultation where they point things out clearly and precisely (more straightforward than sweet). I had only been thinking about liposuction, but the director recommended fat grafting together since I’m older (early 30s). I also had a bit of buccal fat, though not severe, so that was optional. I’d heard a lot that people regret removing buccal fat, so I skipped that and proceeded with double-chin liposuction and fat grafting to the nasolabial folds, hollow areas of the cheeks, and chin area. I also got a retouch, and when I had the retouch, I also got slim neckline injections, trapezius Botox, and salivary gland Botox. Honestly, I’m not sure about the effect, and my neck had so little strength, so personally I don’t recommend the Botox.. I had a lot of fat on my double chin and face, so even when I used an app effect on my face it looked uneven ㅠㅠ It was so stressful, but after doing it, the line really became smoothly refined. Satisfied! Fat graft survival differs by person, so at first I thought I looked super young and so pretty, but now it seems a lot has been absorbed. Still, it’s much better than before fat grafting!!!
