This was a clinic I went to after being introduced by an acquaintance, and I think they examined me more thoroughly than I expected. I tend to ask a lot of small, detailed questions, but without showing any sign of annoyance, they properly picked up on things like why the surgery needed to be done this way and how I might have felt dissatisfied because of certain details, so I think I was a bit surprised. As I listened to the explanation, I could feel that they were someone with a lot of knowledge about revision eye surgery, and the best part was that the director really calmly tried out the line for me several times! I think there is something about them that puts your mind at ease.
