Since I don't have much fat on my upper body, I was worried about rippling, so I went with full Sebbin implants.
My chest width is a bit smaller than average (66-68), so I thought I might regret going too big and chose a smaller size (I wanted B-C).
Days 1-3 were the peak, and days 4-7 were just soreness and tingling.
I think the pain was bad during weeks 1-2 because of nipple chafing.
The size itself isn't that big, but I like how clothes fit, so I'm satisfied.
