ㅌㅇㅅ ㅇㅅㄱ Incision + ptosis correction + fat repositioning (if I want the inner corners to look more open, epicanthoplasty, but the eyes will look close-set) ㄱㅁㄱ Natural adhesion (the line will be raised, and if this is an experimental eye, this eye absolutely needs natural adhesion. That way, if I need another revision later, the re-revision will also be easier. Epicanthoplasty will make the eyes look close-set, and ptosis correction will change the impression because the distance between the eyes is short)

In my opinion, doctors who aim for a naturally glamorous look and match symmetry almost like a machine seem to recommend ptosis correction and canthoplasty, while doctors who make things natural seem to recommend only double eyelid surgery. But the opening strength of my left eye is weaker than my right eye. Is it possible to match the symmetry without ptosis correction?? I don’t have blepharoptosis.
