The parts of my nose that usually bothered me were that the nasal tip drooped downward, and from the front my nose looked wide and round. So I decided to get cosmetic surgery, and when I had a consultation, they said it was a bulbous nose, so I decided to have bulbous nose correction and nasal tip surgery. After surgery, before the cotton packing was removed, I couldn't breathe, so it was really stuffy and I couldn't sleep well, but thankfully after they removed the cotton the next day, it was bearable. The swelling started going down quickly after 2 weeks, and now it's been about 3 weeks, and this is the amount of swelling! I'm very satisfied, and I think it will be fine if just a little more swelling goes down from here~
