The surgical consultation was not as long as I expected, and I decided to get plastic surgery simply because I badly wanted my bulbous nose to improve, without having a specific nose shape I wanted. Before the consultation, we did not look at the design together; I only heard a rough explanation and then went straight into surgery. After surgery, I tried to talk with the director, but the director was in surgery, so after waiting 50 minutes, I only received a brief explanation of how the surgery went. They showed me photos from immediately after surgery and briefly explained what had been done, then when I went to have the nasal packing removed, I showed them the list of questions I had prepared. For those, they answered everything sincerely. So far there have been no major problems, and I have had hyperbaric oxygen therapy about twice. Afterward, I accidentally hit my nose slightly, so I urgently texted the manager, but they said there is no treatment they can provide until the day the nasal splint is removed, so I decided to watch it until then. Functionally, I definitely feel an improvement, and I think I will know the shape only after the splint is removed. I will leave any additional details in the comments.
