1. Nana rhinoplasty My nasal alae are wide and my nose looks a bit blunt, and in my early 20s I had rhinitis surgery + cosmetic surgery together. My nasal bridge was already high and my nasal tip was low, but it ended up looking like the bridge was made higher and the tip wasn’t really raised. I had it done at a university hospital back then. But the consultant explained things well. Since it was both functional and cosmetic, the price was pretty high... But while I was there, I also asked about eyes and facial contouring.. They said I probably didn’t really need facial contouring, and that just doing my eyes and nose would likely be fine. They also gave examples of raising the nose, and I think I met the director too
