This year, because of silicone inflammation, I had revision rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage and donated dermis. What do you think? It’s been 4 months since the surgery. When I look in the mirror, I’ve never thought it looked this high, but this time I had to take photos for my follow-up, and after taking them it looked so high that I wondered if it looks unnatural to other people too, so I’m writing this,, People who knew my nose before surgery say it looks very obvious that I had surgery, while people who didn’t know my nose before say things like, “Your nose is just high, did you get plastic surgery..?” and seem unsure, but I want an objective evaluation. I kind of hope it doesn’t look too obvious, but honestly if it didn’t look obvious at all, I feel like I might regret it too,, How does it look to you guys? Does it definitely look very obviously surgical? At first glance, does it seem like “she definitely had work done on her nose”?
