I couldn’t help but consider safety, and I felt reassured because Director Jung had a long career and I heard that an anesthesiology director is stationed at the hospital. Even while I was hospitalized after surgery, they treated me kindly and took care of me, so I was able to stay comfortably for a day and be discharged.
Around one month, some yellow bruising was still left, but it seemed like it could be covered with concealer by then. They showed me the CT photos from before and after surgery, and the area of my jawbone had really decreased tremendously. I was shocked. Since it was only one month, there was still a lot of swelling, but my smoother facial line changed my impression to a softer one, so I was satisfied lol
I didn’t tell anyone I had surgery except my boyfriend and family, but everyone I met after a long time kept asking why I had gotten so pretty and saying my face had gotten smaller, so I felt proud.. It really was worth the money. I’m glad I had the surgery haha Now I’m used to it too, so I even forget that I had surgery, and no one knows I had it done. They just think I got prettier. This was from about the 3-month mark?? As for eating and chewing, I could comfortably eat pork belly and ate everything well. For now, I’m only careful not to open my mouth really, really wide like when getting dental treatment, but there’s no reason to open it that wide anyway haha
It’s been about 7 months now, and when I looked at old photos in my gallery after a long time, I looked like a completely different person, as if the world had totally changed.. I think it’s truly one of the top 3 best choices I’ve ever made. I’m also proud that I got the surgery done early. It feels like I quickly finished a big assignment.. Before, whenever I walked around, took photos, or met people, I was conscious of my face shape and stressed about it, but now I’m living peacefully. Since I gained confidence too, I feel like I’ve become a brighter person! It’s a major surgery, and there are difficult parts such as pain right after surgery and the recovery period, but after recovery, it’s been perfectly peaceful, so I’m spending such happy days. Thank you to the doctors and staff who operated on me safely and beautifully and took care of me!!
