Hehe, in the before photo, even when my face was relaxed, it looked shaded like that blue line, and in the after photo, even with a relaxed expression, it isn’t sunken.
I guess you’d call it hollowness under the eyes? It was so deeply hollowed that even makeup couldn’t cover it, so I was really worried. Then I found out about under-eye fat repositioning and just got it done three years ago during the COVID period. I’m even more satisfied with it than my double eyelid surgery lol. I had no idea how nice it would be for that V-shaped shadow around the nose to disappear. And where I had it done, they didn’t just do the usual repositioning. I can’t remember the term, but it was a surgery where they also pulled something like a ligament? muscle? together. I had consultations elsewhere too, but if most places used more or less the same surgical method, this place was a bit more demanding, but they said it also gives a slight lifting effect, so the hollowed area can look a little flatter or filled in. Strangely enough, that’s really what happened! The doctor also explained it in detail, almost like they were showing off the surgical method they had developed? lol I’m very satisfied...! It’s the kind of surgery that no one notices, but gives you high self-satisfaction. And one very sharp-eyed acquaintance looked at my side profile and said my anterior cheek area looked fuller, so I just said I’d gained weight lol. Anyway, I don’t encourage plastic surgery, but for under-eye fat repositioning, I totally, totally recommend it. I’m going to have my mom and older sister get it done soon too hehe. That’s it for my satisfaction review... But what I’m curious about is, I heard somewhere that under-eye fat repositioning can only be done once in a lifetime. Is that true? I feel like I’ve seen posts asking about revision surgery too
