I ended up writing again. I’m in Osaka now, and as I wrote in my previous post, I work in Japan in a job where my face is seen. My mental state has been completely shattered, so I’m taking a short break from work right now. The people around me, the Japanese friends I’m living with, and acquaintances who broadcast in Osaka are all unanimously asking why my nose suddenly became a bulbous nose and why I had the surgery. I feel like I cried for the first time in a long while, even though I didn’t cry when my paternal grandmother passed away. If I don’t write here now, I really feel like I might die. I have to take photos and things going forward, but I have no idea what to do with this, and I’m in a situation where I can’t go to a plastic surgery clinic in Japan. I’ve lived thinking that appearance is everything, so now that my nose has become like this, it feels like my world is collapsing. If you have any questions, please leave a comment and I’ll answer.
