Even though I had applied numbing cream and waited a whole hour, they tried to send me out. Maybe that comment bothered them a lot, because they made sure not to touch my cheeks at all, so I saw no effect from the 2nd session. If you do not specifically request otherwise, Forma is done by a skin care therapist. InMode is okay for cost-effectiveness.
