I’ve only been to two clinics so far for revision surgery, but for my first surgery, I had silicone used for the nasal bridge, and a little septal cartilage + ear cartilage used for the nasal tip. I went for a revision consultation today. One clinic took a CT scan and said we should use the existing septal cartilage and ear cartilage, while another clinic said we should use autologous rib cartilage. Is it common to reuse septal cartilage during revision surgery???
+ My nose is small and my skin is thin, so I’m looking into revision again because of cartilage showing through. Please recommend a revision surgery list..
Right now, I have consultations booked at ㅋㅂㅈ, ㄴㅇㄷ, ㅋㅇ, ㅇㅇㅂ, ㅌㅍㅇㅅ, and ㅈㅇㅌ. Are any of these blacklisted, or are there any other places I should add??
Also, for those who go to several consultations, do you get CT scans at all of them..? Is it okay to get many CT scans within a short period? Or do you request the scan from the clinic where you already had one taken?
