4-week review of 2 facial contouring procedures + question

Hello, it has been almost 4 weeks since I had two procedures: square jaw and cheekbone surgery. Until week 1, the swelling was extremely severe, and it was hard to speak properlyㅜㅜ For food, I only ate things like porridge, scrambled eggs, and soft bread, and I kept coughing up bloody sputum. I did not have much nosebleed.

From week 2, the swelling went down a bit more, and I was able to eat regular food. I could only open my mouth enough to fit one finger, and I still had coughing and sputum.

In week 3, the coughing and sputum stopped, and daily life became more comfortable. I do not think the swelling has gone down any further.

In 2 days, it will be exactly week 4. Compared with week 3, there is nothing that has particularly improved. There is something I want to ask people who have had this surgery. Even though it is almost 4 weeks since surgery, there has been no improvement in the swellingㅜ I go out for a walk every day, but it does not seem to have much effect. Especially the right side of my face has more severe swelling. How did everyone manage swelling? Does swelling normally last this long?

Also, even now I can only open my mouth enough to fit one finger. Is this okay?
