I had autologous costal cartilage, hump nose correction, functional rhinoplasty, and nostril reduction!
The early period after any surgery is a bit hard, but I think it's a matter of time lol From around 1-2 weeks after surgery, the swelling and bruising went down so much, and now that it's been a month, I think there is almost nothing left except minor residual swelling!
I was more scared of harvesting autologous costal cartilage than the rhinoplasty itself, but pain varies by person, and for me, even though it ached, it was tolerable. The hospital even separately manages the scar at the costal cartilage harvest site with scar laser, so not having to worry much about scarring feels like a really big advantage!
Since it is definitely a single-doctor clinic, I liked that the director checked everything before and after surgery, and I am satisfied because the shape and line came out very naturally glamorous haha
Before surgery, I was stressed every day because of nasal congestion, but as the swelling inside my nose went down, the frequency of congestion has decreased a lot now. I'm posting before-and-after photos together so you can compare haha
