I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, then it came undone 4 years later, so 6 years ago I had only the right side redone with buried sutures But the right side came undone again... I tried not to rub my eyes often, but it kept coming undone and stressed me out, so this time I'm planning to just do incisional surgery. They say things like it's because I move my eyebrows often to make my eyes look bigger, or because I don't have enough eye-opening strength, but in the end, it seems like buried sutures don't just come undone for no reason.
