I had rhinitis surgery and cosmetic nose surgery together. I had a deviated septum and rhinitis, so I lived for over a year unable to breathe properly, and after finally working up the courage to have surgery, it feels so good. But looking at it now, my columella is slightly crooked... Will it really get better once the swelling in my nostrils and nasal alae goes down... They said the nasal tip is more swollen because I had osteotomy done...
