Before-before-after-after-after-after. My nasal bridge was on the higher side, but the bumpy hump shape always bothered me and felt disappointing, so I even tried filler, but it wasn’t easy to improve it in the direction I wanted. On top of that, my rhinitis was quite severe, so I was very stressed because of nasal congestion. In the end, for both treatment purposes and cosmetic purposes, I decided to have rhinoplasty, and I had surgery at GNG Hospital, which many people seek out for functional cosmetic rhinoplasty.
For my nasal bridge, I used a custom implant called Inofit, and for the nasal tip, I had surgery using septal cartilage and donated cartilage. I knew I had rhinitis originally, but after testing, I found out I had a deviated septum and even nasal valve stenosis. That’s when I realized why my nasal congestion was so bad. Since it’s a place very well known for functional nose surgery, I trusted them and left it to them without much worry. In the beginning, there was some swelling and bruising, but as time passed, it went down quickly, and the height and line came out with the feeling I wanted, so I was very satisfied. As time passed, the nasal congestion also gradually started improving, and now I have no problems breathing. Since breathing has become easier, my head feels clearer and I feel less tired, and since my image has improved too, I feel like my quality of life has increased a lot.
