For the surgery, I had the silicone on the nasal bridge replaced, and for the nasal tip, septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage were used. I had my bulbous nose and crooked nose corrected like this! Since it was another surgery on an area that had already been operated on once, I was worried there would be a lot of swelling, but there wasn't anything like that at all, and the swelling went down really well. I wanted my nasal tip to be definitely lifted, and the director lifted it firmly upward. The line became so, so much cleaner, so I really like it And the crooked-looking part improved a lot too, which is amazing.
