10 years ago, I had [silicone + ear cartilage + nostril reduction], and as in the photo, my nostrils look uneven from the front. So these days I’ve been going around for revision surgery consultations,
Clinic A 1. The nostril is raised in an S-shape. They said they would dissect the muscle and make it more gently curved. 2. They would incise along the alar line and reduce the volume. Since the right side has come down more, they would reduce that side more.
Clinic B 1. A raised nostril cannot be improved with muscle dissection, etc. Cartilage grafting is needed, and they don’t recommend it because it could make the front look blunt. 2. There is no alar volume reduction; actual repositioning would be needed, but because my nostrils are currently too narrow, they don’t recommend doing more. (Other clinics besides Clinic B had the same opinion)
Honestly, Clinic A is tempting because they say they can improve everything that stresses me out. But.. Clinic B’s opinion also makes sense..... Has anyone had this happen? When everyone says it can’t be done,,, but only one clinic says it can, and you had surgery there..ㅠㅠㅠ!!!
