Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

My revision rhinoplasty went spectacularly wrong lol (advice welcome)

<Before><Before><After 3 months><After 5 months>I had my first surgery 10 years ago, and I didn’t like how my nostril-wing shape looked blunt and how my nasal tip drooped, so I had revision surgery in the second half of last year. I had consultations at 4 places around Sinsa to Gangnam Station and chose the place whose review photos I liked the most, but now I want to slap my past self and stop myself lol The consultation wasn’t great, it was expensive, and they even pressured me to pay a same-day deposit, so why did I insist on choosing that place.... For those considering rhinoplasty, especially revision surgery for cosmetic purposes, please decide carefully~

Before the revision surgery, I could even make a pig nose, but afterward my columella stands so firmly as if a stake has been driven in, so it looks unnatural when I smile. Maybe because the internal structure of my nose changed, I get boogers easily, and the nose hairs around the suture area are clumped together. I was going to just live with those things, but not only did the shape become wider and flatter than before surgery, I also ended up with a foreign-body sensation inside my nose that I never had before, and eventually even inflammation....

○ First surgery: hump rasping, short silicone implant on the bridge, nasal tip cartilage tying ○ Second surgery: hump rasping again, long silicone implant, ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, etc.

I went to the hospital because of the inflammation, and they said we should remove it immediately today, speaking as if they were doing me a favor by discounting the removal fee lol (During the consultation, they said even if I was dissatisfied with the shape, AS would be free, but they said inflammation is a constitutional issue, so the hospital is not at fault and it would be paid, in the millions of won.) It’s not free, and they also won’t refine the shape after removal, so I’m planning to go to another hospital to have it removed.... I’m wondering whether I can receive compensation from the revision surgery hospital in a case like this. If anyone has experience, please give me advice....
