Around one month after surgery, the swelling went down quickly and the line settled into place. As the swelling went down, I started wearing contact lenses. Before surgery, when putting in lenses, I had to hold my upper and lower eyelids and open my eye wide to get them in, but now I can put them in easily by just holding the lower lid slightly. Also, when I didn’t have double eyelids, eye makeup always looked like I hadn’t done any, but after double eyelid surgery, I liked that I could do glamorous and pretty makeup. Also, whenever I met friends, every friend I met told me the line had settled well and the swelling had gone down quickly. One friend saw my operated eyes when it had been about 3 weeks after surgery, booked a consultation, and had surgery at One Pick, and another friend is considering a consultation. It was the most satisfying experience of my life.
