I finally had surgery!!! Removed my existing chin implant, had chin advancement, cheekbone reduction, paranasal augmentation with bone grafting using the shaved cheekbone bone, and even cortical osteotomy!! Right now my face is so swollen and puffy, but they said the surgery went really well!! Today is day 3!!
