I went for a consultation for eye surgery at that clinic, and regardless of the director's skill, the consultation experience itself was not good.
Among the counter staff, the person who looked like the head? Their attitude was really.. They were trying to get into a power struggle with a patient, and spoke rudely without even looking at me, so I felt really bad. Even the other nearby staff seemed to be watching the situation;; As soon as I saw that attitude, I felt bad and immediately decided I would absolutely not do it here.
I also think the long waiting time is serious. Even if it is peak season, I had to wait nearly 2 hours past my consultation appointment time ;; I went around to many places for consultations, but this had the most waiting patients ever. It made me wonder if they just book every consultation schedule regardless of the surgery schedule, and squeeze consultations in whenever the director has spare time between surgeries.
The director also looked busy because he came in after repeatedly doing surgery consultations. He seemed confident and is famous, so I did think he might do a good job, but there are many reviews saying people waited that long even on the day of surgery, so waiting for hours on surgery day while being on edge seemed too much.
There is a lot in the community about the waiting time and the counter staff's attitude, but seeing that it does not change.. I guess it is because they still do well despite that.
