12 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method at a local plastic surgery clinic. My eyes originally had double eyelids, but I went to look into under-eye fat repositioning, and the doctor recommended that it would be good to do double eyelids together, so I did it. Now my eyes have multiple double eyelid folds.. and the line is much higher than my original line.. so I’m looking into revision surgery.. But I’m debating whether I should do non-incisional or incisional.. I’ve been to consultations at several places, and some hospitals say it’s possible with buried sutures, while others say it has to be done only by incision, so I’m conflicted... For now, if I do incision, I’m worried the scar might be significant.. I had under-eye fat repositioning by incision, so I have a scar..ㅠㅠ Incisional? Non-incisional? Which surgery should I do?? Additional info: At the hospital where non-incisional surgery was possible, they said incision is still excessive, and at the hospital that said incision was needed, they said that if I do it non-incisionally, there is a possibility that overlapping folds could form again, so they said I need incision.
