I had surgery for a short nose, and it hasn’t drooped; I think it has settled pretty well in its own way. It’s almost been a year now, so there aren’t any major changes, but I like that it turned out natural, as if I had surgery but also as if I didn’t (I hate it when it looks obviously done..) Looking at it broadly, there doesn’t seem to be a huge difference, but when I look closely, my features look more defined, so I’m very satisfied. By the way, my nostrils look blunt, so I’m debating whether I should get nostril/alar reduction or not...
