Hello. In my early 20s, my eyelids started folding into multiple layers, and one double eyelid became triple-folded, so I had it done with the buried suture method. I had often heard that I originally looked a bit strong, so after thinking about it, only after 10 years did I change from an in-line to a semi-out line.
