I'm still not that old, and I decided I couldn't spend my prime years this overweight, so I got abdominal fat extraction injections and I'm doing diet therapy and walking exercise at the same time Based on fasting body weight, my pre-procedure weight was 72.8 kg > down to 70.2 kg, so I lost 2.6 kg in 2 weeks and my waist circumference went from 96.2 cm to 94.5 cm, a decrease of 1.7 cm, about 2 cm. More than anything, when I see it in person, I can feel that my belly line, which used to look like the number 3, is becoming a little smoother, so I'm satisfied!
