I had two types of facial contouring with T-osteotomy for the chin and square jaw, and about 3 years later, I think I had partial orthodontic treatment on 12 front teeth for about 10 months. I started before COVID got really bad, so wearing a mask made it not too burdensome, but having to go to Apgujeong every 2 weeks for appointments was a bit hard, and every time I went on treatment days and they tightened the braces, my gums really hurt.. So for a few hours until I adjusted, I couldn't eat well. But I still didn't lose weight lol After doing that for 10 months, my smile no longer looked strange. It felt awkward, but as I gradually got used to it and practiced smiling while looking in the mirror, my smile quickly became prettier. It wasn't extremely dramatic, but I still think it was worth doing. Other people say they don't notice, but I did, and anyway it's about self-satisfaction..! I didn't know I'd end up doing it after turning 30, but I invested in it for the rest of my life. It wasn't a small amount of money, but I thought of it as the cost of getting rid of one complex. After paying it all, seeing that I don't even think about that complex anymore, I feel like it wasn't a bad amount! So far, I haven't had any side effects at all, but after hearing about other people's side effects, my conclusion is that you still need to choose carefully,
