ㅋㅇ This place also has one director AS for 1 year They said the deviated septum isn't severe enough to need surgery, so no Silicone 2-3 mm + septal cartilage + ear cartilage I liked the part where they said they would excise the depressor septi nasi muscle? They said my septal cartilage is small, so they would need to use ear cartilage too!
